Business Unit: Zain Sierra Leone
Division: Marketing
Location: Sierra Leone – Freetown
Basic Purpose:
Responsible for all agency relations; managing agencies (suppliers of billboards/ printers etc), ensuring brand guidelines and time scales are always met.
Prepare and submit briefs and to agencies and serve as the brand monitor
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain performance standards for all agencies (quality and time lines)
Agency briefing, status reports, input into agency evaluation and speed to market.
Identify areas for Agency development to ensure continuous improvement
Ensure that Brand Zain positioning and core promises will be communicated in a consistent manner
Liaise with suppliers to ensure consistency, quality service delivery and time scales
Monitor all competitive outdoor activities Vis a Vis own outdoor and produce a daily/monthly
Execution of all outdoor, print media, electronic, radio, TV, and other new media
