Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Manage “On the job” training and coaching of third Party Sales teams and merchandisers
Build capacities in the Key Distributors’ (KDs) teams
Ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency of trained field members.
Key Requirements:
Applicants must:
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Demonstrate considerable numeric skill and IT capability
Be business- oriented
Have a good mix of team commitment and team leadership
Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications:
A good first degree from a recognized university in Social Science or Education
Documentary proof of having fulfilled the National Service obligation.
Hands- on experience in Sales training and Coaching will be an added advantage
