Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for finished goods stocks from production and smart varieties and ensure that all stock and issues are properly accounted for with relevant documentation in line with the company policy. Role reports to the Warehouse Manager.
Manage goods stocks from production and smart varieties and ensure that issues to commercial are properly accounted for with relevant documentation.
Ensure effective and accurate receipts and documentation of all finished goods from production.
Tagging of in-stock products, offloading of smart varieties.
Prompt dispatch of finished goods to customers and ensure freshness of stock at all times (FIFO)
Daily stocking reporting
Required Skills or Experience
A tertiary qualification, preferably in Professional Certificate in Purchasing and Supply Management; HND/ or from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply CIPS, UK
Good communication skills, pleasant personality profile, ability to work effectively under intense pressure and a motivating spirit, Integrity and Accountable
3 years experience in Supply Chain preferable in the FMCG industry with 2 years in supervisory role
