Responsibilities / Output:
- Efficiently planning and performing work in accordance with client requirements and professional standards.
- Providing, seeking and using timely guidance and meaningful feedback.
- Actively identifying and taking advantage of new opportunities for learning.
- Using appropriate interpersonal styles and techniques to establish relationships and gain acceptance of ideas or plans.
- Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of methods.
- Developing and applying a high level of technical/professional skills and knowledge.
- Increasing the breadth and depth of client relationships.
Competencies / Skills:
- 1-2 years of professional experience either in corporate/ project finance, financial consulting, law, economics or accountancy.
- An undergraduate degree and / or a professional qualification (possession of an MBA or a CFA qualification would be an advantage).
- Familiar with IFRS accounting principles and financial analysis methods.
- First-rate modelling and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills. Ambitious to work regionally. – Experience in the infrastructure sectors (telecoms, energy/power, transport and/or water) and in the financial services sectors will be an added advantage.
