HR & Allied Services is recruiting for her client, an indigenous Construction Company and a major player in construction industry with Head Office in Lagos and branches in four locations in the country.

In its bid to expand its operations, the company requires competent and dynamic dynamic individual for the position of: Head, Logistics/Admin

POSITION: Head, Logistics/Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is responsible for smooth and efficient operations of the company’s facilities and utilities as well as management of the Human Resources of the company.

PERSONS SPECIFICATION:

* Good degree/HND in Social Sciences or related disciplines.
* Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is an added advantage.
* Minimum of 10 years related work experience of which 5 must be at Management level.
* Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated familiarity with HR Management policies/procedures, safety codes/policies, good leadership ability.
* Position requires advanced IT skills.
