Zain is one of the leading telecommunication giants in Africa and Asia. They are recruiting for the following position in Nigeria:
ZAIN1375 – Team Member: Fleet Management
Business Unit: Zain Nigeria
Division: Human Resources
Location: Nigeria – Lagos
Basic Purpose:
* Formulate and Implement Fleet/Driver Management Strategy
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure qualitative repair and maintenance jobs are done on all Company vehicles
* Calculate, allocate and maintain Fleet Management costs in line with approved Budgets.
* Ensure that all Company’s vehicles carry all legally required documents
* Maintain the Fleet Management System to meet Management’s Information requirement.
* Ensure all vehicle data/records are kept and up to date.
* Ensure that all Company parking facilities are properly maintained
* Manage drivers Company-wide in areas of skill assessment, selection and training.
* Assist in vehicle incident investigations
* Ensure proper deployment of drivers and effective conflict resolution and driver issues.
* General improvement of driver’s welfare and to also ensure competent drivers are employed
* Ensure prompt payment of other fleet usage and proper usage of the executive fleet services
Competencies & Qualifications:
Experience
* 5+ years experience in the same field.
* Knowledge of vehicles.
Other skills:
* Working experience in a Multinational environment
* Managerial experience
* Leadership qualities
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Agency Handling
